Interview

When I arrived I was asked to fill in a sheet to write the times I am available in the week. The interview took about 10-15 mins. The manager asked situational and behavioral questions, so be prepare for that. Some of the questions consisted how would I sell a package to a customer and how would I bring customers to the store. Finally the manager asked me what days she would need me the most.

phone interview and then an in person interview got hired as seasonal and then they kept me as core. as seasonal I only did sales and later on when I became core I got trained in photography and everything else.

It was brief and not at all intimidating. She asked why I applied, my schedule availability, if I had any experience, I showed her some of my work and that was it. A few days later I got an email saying I was hired.
