JCPenney Department Supervisor interview questions

Pretty standard. Competency questions, asking about background, several role play situations. Was interviewed by only one person and the process took around forty five minutes start to finish. Interviewer was very friendly and informative about the expectations of the position. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and the subsequent follow up was done in a timely and professional fashion. Overall, a positive experience.

I had an in person interview followed by a phone followup. When meeting with the manager she asked what experience I had that relates to the position they were hiring for. She also checked to make sure my schedule was flexible.
