Interview
I filled out my JcPenney application online, received a call back within 1-2 days. When I came into the office it was a group interview/orientation. they gave us a rundown on the company and what we would do. Took us to take a drug test once you passed the drug screen, they gave you schedule options to choose from and you started right after for whatever shift and schedule you chose.

There were no interview questions asked, just what shift did you want to work?
The interview for the merchandiser position was not difficult. There was one interview with the HR manager and was called back quickly about the job. It was standard interview questions.

Interview
I applied via Indeed with my resume and received an from a college recruiting specialist asking to interview me. After an initial phone interview with her, I was then set up for two more interviews with a Buyer and a Planner. After those two, I heard back around a week later asking if I would like to come to Texas for the final round of interviews. They flew me down for two days and took a few assessments the first day and had a panel interview as well as a case study with the other potential interns the next.

Describe a time where you were innovative at work.
Asked me to describe my previous merchandising experience and previous job experience. Was about early hours and late hours. Asked about how neat and organized am I. Interview was not tough
