Hiring takes place usually from within.. HRL or MEL positions are the stepping stones to getting your opportunity. Being in those positions for at least 2 years and having success will give a great chance of being selected as a potential candidate. From within it would start from the Store Leader really giving you an opportunity to meet with District Manager and proceed from there.

Interview
It was a 3 part interview. The first interview was over the phone. The next interview was with a store manager in my location. The final interview was with my store manager at my new location. A pretty simple step by step process, but they do not provide anything for you during the process.
