The intetview was very positive.I had been a previous employee of the personal manager, so the intetview was more casual.I had worked for her for several years at another store. I had to meet with the department manager and the personal manager.I had to take a personality test and a background check.

How would I deal with a problem I had with an associate?
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
