I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JD Group
Interview
I got a call from the manager inviting me to an interview face to face.
I arrived and joined 2 other people interviewing with me as a group.
We were asked to fill in some papers before the interview.
Most of the questions were generic to understand availability for the shift patterns and suitability for the selling and customer service aspects.
Some specific questions were to understand our retail knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JD Group (Oxford, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Boring, slow and unprofessional. The questions were generic and not linked to the job title. The office that it was conducted was small, stuffy with a broken chair. I had to wait in a crowded area before the meeting. I was highly qulified for the job.
