You get contacted to arrange an interview date and then you go to the store on that date. You then go to the managers office where they begin the interview.

Interview
It was quite easy, the interview would ask a question and it’d warrant a response. They were super friendly and easy to talk to so I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking for them to wait to let me think of an answer.
