Had a phone screening interview. Wherever the person was, they had a bad phone connection and kept cutting out and didn’t seem to care when I told them this. They also proceeded to rudely tell me I didn’t have enough supervisory experience even though the job role didn’t actually say you needed to have any (said at least 2 years within retail which I more than have). If you require people to have supervisory experience, you should state that in the job ad (which they still haven’t). Overall, the interviewer was rude and judgemental and made me not want to apply for any further roles in the business.
