Applied online and was contacted for an interview. Woman who interviewed me was extremely casual nothing to be too nervous about. made me feel extremely at ease questions were very standard. Better to do some research beforehand as was asked questions about the company.
Was rang back later in the day to be told I got the job and was told to come in for an induction :)
Was sat down outside the store. Asked about work experience and my availability. Few simple questions about myself and goals. super chill, easygoing, like talking to a friend. Said they would get back to me by the end of the week via message.
Not too bad I enjoyed the interview but didn’t like the assessments or the culture. I preferred something differentt and withdrew my application but maybe you will like it more than me

It was a grp interview of 15 ppl they asked to introduce initially followed by asking us to sell a product from their store following by presenting the product along with a partner
