I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JD Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jun 2016
Interview
I handed in a CV into a store and within a week I was contacted and given details for an interview. The interviews were running very late, I wasn't taken until at least an hour after I was supposed to have been. No personal questions were asked regarding how suitable I'd be for the position or any situational judgement questions. Interviewer only talked about himself and the store and didn't interview me as I'd have expected to be.
interview process was calm applied online got call saying u free next week for a interview they asked me why u wanna work at jd and what experiences i have
Easy, questions about customer service, how to deal with difficult customers, why they should hire you, what’s your availability, do you have any questions to ask, how do you work in a team since you’re transitioning to a group that’s already been established
simple and easy, very friendly interviewer and very helpful answering the questions that i had. gave easy directions to get to the store, polite when i arrived an all around good experience
