Interview
You come into the store, you sit down in front of people shopping, where people try shoes on then you fill out a form on who you are and qualifications you posses. After any amount of time they call you into the back and you get a 1 on 1 interview
15-20 mins ask about previous experience and why you want to work there, and what you like particularly about the store. what you can contribute and if you work well in a team.
Smooth and quick. It was an enjoyable interview. And fast process with all the documents.
The manager was very calm and supportive, for sure helps with the Nerves and anxiety .
Easy, simple questions asked my the manager. Very informal chat. Questions about customer service and up selling crep protect to a customer. Dressed smart but not formal, suit not needdd
