Wasn't one really, there was about 15 of us, only two came dressed for interview including myself. They made us swap our shoes for work boots and reflective vests and all sat in a room within the warehouse filling in forms such as bank details, what shifts we prefered ect. We did an assessment paper which I know I got a lot wrong.
