the interview process was good all staff said hello on entering the back the manager was frenziedly and made me feel at ease when talking to her. They asked question baises on my experciance and where i think i would do well on the shop floor
15-20 mins ask about previous experience and why you want to work there, and what you like particularly about the store. what you can contribute and if you work well in a team.
Smooth and quick. It was an enjoyable interview. And fast process with all the documents.
The manager was very calm and supportive, for sure helps with the Nerves and anxiety .
Easy, simple questions asked my the manager. Very informal chat. Questions about customer service and up selling crep protect to a customer. Dressed smart but not formal, suit not needdd
