Applied online, got a phone call a few days later to have an interview with their internal recruiter. I got there early, he was half an hour late. Didn't apologise, very unprofessional. Spoke about himself for about 20 mins, think he forgot he was supposed to be interviewing me... He read questions off of a piece of paper, most of them were the same question reworded which I did point out but he seemed unbothered. Seemed uninterested throughout the interview to the point where it was patronising. I left thinking I wouldn't get the job. He rung me about half an hour after asking me to come back for an interview with the area manager, I said no I had plans, so we arranged for me to have an interview with Romford's store manager the next day. I had to do a SWOT analysis on the store and present it to him. The interview was very casual laid back, much better than the first one. I was offered a job on the spot. If I knew how much of a nightmare the company was I would never have taken it!
