I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JD Group (Amsterdam) in Dec 2018
Interview
The talk with the content team itself was actually really nice but the whole Hiring procedure was the worst I have ever experienced. The HR contact needed weeks to respond to e-mails, sometimes never answered, did not explain the assignment and also had no clue about it after asking for an explanation. I got no update about the stage of the process, never got feedback or any information about the contract, working hours, benefits, salary or anything. (although I asked about that). Very very intransparent and worst communication ever. Although I would have likes the position probably, this whole process made me not want to join the company

Pretty simple. I had a first interview with the manager with the usual type of question about my resume and then, a business case to do and present for a second one. And finally, they give their decision.
