Really rubbish actually! The first TWO stages (video CV and 1st stage assessment centre) took almost 3 months! God forbid how many more weeks it will be before the next stage of the process. The invitation to the assessment centre was really unclear, literally a time and a place given with no other details.The assessment centre was a disaster in itself. Were not even offered refreshments, which in itself is a red flag! People seemed to be judged on their 'look', as the assessors didn't even 'assess' or watch us throughout the group tasks, so had no idea how people interacted in a team or who contributed what. We were then told we would know in a week whether we've progressed...I had to chase up after almost 2 weeks to receive an impersonal email with no opportunity for feedback. I pray for the candidates that make it through to the next stage...god only knows how long the process is going to take. Advice: speed up your recruitment process, it's 2019!
