It was a one on one interview with other individuals and asking some questions about yourself and mainly about the company as well and if you had any previous experienced.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JD Group

It was a very casual interview process. I think they were desperate for people to work there because I felt that no matter what I said they would've hired me anyway. Some basic questions like have I worked in a team before, but then the main focus was availability. Not sure if this will be everyones experience or just my branch.
