Group interview only one interview done, one person asking questions with 6 other employees. They asked about current and previous experiences and jobs, personal questions. The interview was very easy and they accepted most people who applied for the job.
15-20 mins ask about previous experience and why you want to work there, and what you like particularly about the store. what you can contribute and if you work well in a team.
Smooth and quick. It was an enjoyable interview. And fast process with all the documents.
The manager was very calm and supportive, for sure helps with the Nerves and anxiety .
Easy, simple questions asked my the manager. Very informal chat. Questions about customer service and up selling crep protect to a customer. Dressed smart but not formal, suit not needdd
