Casual interview in the store where I would be working. General questions about past work experience and some behavioural questions. Customer service experience was the main focus and how i deal with customers.
Was sat down outside the store. Asked about work experience and my availability. Few simple questions about myself and goals. super chill, easygoing, like talking to a friend. Said they would get back to me by the end of the week via message.
Not too bad I enjoyed the interview but didn’t like the assessments or the culture. I preferred something differentt and withdrew my application but maybe you will like it more than me
