Interview
I applied for a Christmas Casual role online and within four to five days, I received a response and an allocated group interview time slot. At the group interview, they asked ice-breaker questions, split us into groups of 3 and handed us a random product to market to them. They gave us 7 minutes to prepare how to sell the product to them and gave us constructive criticism after we presented.
It is a group interview with lots of group activities. There are three different tasks and they are trying to find someone who is creative and can be a good team player.

group interview. divided into groups and were given multiple tasks to complete. there were 3 tasks to complete together. had to perform it in front of everyone with your group.
- group interview - You will be asked to introduce yourself - you’ll have a short quiz asking about company values/facts - asked why you’d fit the role as well as your favourite sneaker - you’ll be put into groups for an activity
