I applied for this position through seek.com the process was easy there was a lot of competitions There was 2000 applicants but only 200 were selected to go through the interview process and only 40 was selected from the 200 people. It was a group interview for me arm in my case One of the activities was He was given five minutes to get to know our partner and tell recruitment team about your partner, the second activity was setting your priority list from 1 to 10 the most important. One is the most important and 10 is the least important, The third Activity was we were given a pair of shoes/random item and we will have to able to promote it or do an Unboxing video and try to convince the recruitment team to buy our products

I had an in person interview where I was invited into the store. The atmosphere was friendly and they made me feel relaxed. The interview wasn't too long and quite easy.
