I had a first stage interview which went well, was a general chat to find out about myself and the role, I then got given a task to complete to present in the office. Everything was going really well and I was really confident. I presented my task and got told I would hear back ASAP, it has now been nearly over a month and had no contact, I have tried to reach out over emails, texts and phone calls and I get nothing, I just get ignored. Granted if i hadn't got the job that's fine but I would of liked to have been made aware for personal development, but i have been left in the dark and ghosted. I really wanted this role so much and I am gutted I have been treated like this from such a big company.

Did a brief chat over the phone, then came in for an in person interview that went well- was told the position was based around one subsidiary brand, which I proceeded to familiarize myself with. I was called in for a second interview to chat with the boss - they specified that I HAD to come in on a specific day/time to meet him, but he did not show. Instead of meeting with him, I met with another subsidiary brand who were under the impression I was interviewing for them. Seemed disorganized and I never heard back.
