Fairly informal, interviewed by area manager, bloke was unenthusiastic and passively insulting due to my age, got the impression he hadn't even read my cv, interview was methodical, interviewer asked about person life and then insinuated that my girlfriend could be an issue for long term employment, why he felt to make this his business I do not know
