Applied online by sending an email of my cv to the recruirtment address. Recieved a response asking me to attend interview. Interviewed by store manager who made it clear it was a casual interview. Only asked one question from the list of typical questions and told me he would be in touch within 24 hours. Still waiting on any kind of contact 3 months later.
Easy. Took me into a small room at the back of the store and asked about 5 questions. Why do you want this job, tell me about a time..., tell me about yourself etc etc

In a back room one on one with store manager. 5 minutes of questions. Simple questions, they will be in touch after in a few days with a response. Apply online prior obviously.
Simple, friendly management the whole process was simple, was able to choose perfect time for the interview. Not too long of a interview also gave me a store tour. Was propmt on reply with job offer the same day.
