I only completed the 1st stage and it was an ok competency based interview style. One person from the panel turned up 10 minutes late which was fine. They were transparent about the problems they were facing highlighting that the specific project was on the radar of C-Suite specifically the CEO who would usually shout at people when things were not going as planned.
