Basic and straight forward, business looks for competency and for you to be polite, well mannered, punctual etc. nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. Fairly easy process to get through, group interview with around 20 of us
Sat down in the store for 5 minutes before being taken back into the office, sat down with the manager for a 15 minute standard interview. It was the normal expected questions and answers.
Took 7 minutes with very quick questions asking about availability and personal interests. Did not ask for trial shift as I was applying for a temporary / Christmas job at the time.
