Very simple, not bothered much by who they were hiring as they just needed extra staff for christmas period. I was a student with no experiance, asked pretty normal customer service based questions.

Interview
Interview was pretty straight forward and as there were a lot of applicants and because of COVID, the process was pretty quick. Interviewer was nice and laid out all the tasks that I'd have to do.
