Three rounds of interviews and then they just ghost you. Pretentious and rude. First I got a phone interview on which it all sounded promising and they liked my experience. Same at my second online interview. At my last interview with the manager he kept asking me the same questions I had before but didn’t listen to my answers. Very rude and arrogant approach it felt like we are just wasting each others time. I patiently talked about my experience and answered questions. They never got back to me even after I emailed.
