JD Group interview questions

Not very formal, very laid back didnt ask a alot of questions. Was more interested in the hours i could work and what days am available. Was offered the job before the interview was finished

I recently had a 30-minute interview with the manager at JD Sports regarding the Seasonal Colleague position. The conversation was relaxed , with the manager asking me a few straightforward questions about my availability, previous retail experience, and interest in the role. We also discussed what working during peak times like the holiday season would look like. The manager seemed friendly and approachable, which made the experience comfortable. The questions were mainly focused on customer service, teamwork, and how I would handle busy periods. I appreciated that the interview wasn’t overly formal, which gave me the chance to speak openly and show my personality.
