Interviewed with manager who explained the job description and what the day to day looks like. We exchanged questions and was offered the position three or four days after the interview.

What is your experience with tax? Have you ever worked remote before? Are you flexible with scheduling/ can you be responsible for setting up your hours/shifts?
A phone call which went smoothly. You just needed experience preparing returns. It helps to be a licensed accountant but they also take people without who have the experience required. Pay rate was decent and you were treated as an employee.
