Interview was easy, and they take the time to ask relevant questions. There was an initial phone screening and a second longer interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I got the job right away and have been working there for 3 tax season so far.

Got a message on LinkedIn woth a link. I applied online. Got a phone interview with an AI chat bot. I then got scheduled for a live interview on computer. I then took an assessment Taz knowledge test. I was able to access the IRS website during the test but you are not allowed to use any other websites (they are tracking your camera and screen). I got an offer the same day and phone call congratulating me.
