I was called for an interview but initially declined due to not wanting to pay the astronomical parking fees. I was offered a voucher so that they would pay the parking. I agreed and the interview went so well I was asked for 2nd interview. Then a 3rd and final interview at different places. I ended up going to 3 different locations for the interviews. I was feeling great about the chances of being the selected candidate for the position. Waited for 3 days and I called them as a follow up (no immediate response). It took 5 days and I simply received an e-mail stating another candidate was selected. This process is way too long to then receive a "thanks but no thanks". I felt as if they have no consideration for people's time. This is not a good practice for candidate that are employed. I would recommend to have the best candidate go through the process not all selected candidates. For an organization that deals with human services they have no respect or consideration for people's time.
I continously see job postings and I will never consider them for my future employment needs.
