Interview
I was reached out to to schedule an interview and ghosted twice by a hiring manager before they followed through with solidifying a time and date. The interview was relaxed and pleasant, but I was told they wanted to bring me on and I would hear back in the next week about next steps. I heard nothing for a month and a half, I assumed they were passing on me. They reached out eventually and offered me the job and asked me to start on a certain date so I gave my 2 week notice to my last employer, but I didn’t end up working my first shift until 2 weeks after the start date they had given. So it’s unorganized for sure.

Interview
Recruiter via phone was fine, but onboarding and training was very disorganized. Did not have all the access I needed to service clients once I started. Overall the process was very easy in terms of questions from all three interviewers
