I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JLR (Leamington, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
The application process was an online application (CV, cover letter), situational judgement test, further online tests (verbal, numerical and logical reasoning) and finally an assessment centre.
The assessment centre consisted of the following exercises:
1. Behavioural interview - based on JLR's High Performance Behaviours Framework.
2. Technical presentation and interview - based on a project you did previously.
3. Group exercise - which tests your teamwork and communication skills.
Have some examples ready when you're asked to demonstrate the High Performance Behaviours, and practise presenting a technical project. Other than that, be confident in your own abilities as they are looking to help you succeed rather than catch you out. Prepare, prepare, prepare!

Online tests first, then called in February for the assessment centre. Enjoyed the assessment centre, consisting of presentation about the company, meeting current employees, a group role playing exercise, interview and finally a technical presentation.
