Applied online, contacted almost 2 weeks later. Agent asked me few questions and told me that I am going to be contacted and invited for an interview. I received a phone call almost four weeks later. Gentlemen ask me when I am free for the interview. I gave the gentleman an option, any Wednesday, but leaving for a holiday in two weeks. The HR agent told me that he will get back to me shortly. He called me in a few days later and told me that, Wednesday isn't good as the manager is away on a business trip. I gave him another three days (out of four before my holiday), but he came back and told me that we will set the interview after my holiday as the manager is still away. I agreed, and I was very excited. When I got back from my holiday I could see on the online account that my interview is still on. I tried to contact the agent to let him know that I can attend the interview any day during the August, but couldn't get through. After about a week waiting for a response, my online status changed from waiting for the interview to withdrawn. No direct form of communication. After all, I am very disappointed in JLR interview process.
