Competency based interview, skills assessment, interview with Head. Traveled to HQ in Coventry and met with the HR Resourcer initially, brief chat with Head of department, research based skills assessment, panel interview with Head of department and more senior member of HR team.
I applied online. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was not a proper interview but I sent a cover letter explaining why I wanted to work with them and how could my knowledge benefit them. I got an email back reasonably quickly with an offer
