Phone interview. Common general questions followed by a lot you can easily answer with a bit of high school physics and common sense. Very few needed any engineering knowledge. It was really easy.

Tell me about yourself. Top strength and weakness. PID - what does it mean. Matlab and Simulink - what's the difference. Matlab or C, advantages, disadvantages. Laplace and Z-transform. Ways of energy storage. Forces on a moving car.

There is softskill part which HR ask you about your skills in work life and there is technical part where the experts give you homework to design about any topic (average speed estimation)

One presentation followed by 25 mins questions on it, one 75 mins interview. The presentation had to be max 5 slides and I had to talk about it for 10 mins. It was about the company's core values and academic studies up to date.
