I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JLR in Jan 2015
Interview
Conference call initially, then formal interview. Slow, but but very thorough process, they did take a long time to offer a position - but this is standard for them
Long online application via their ATS, Heard back fairly quickly. Standard questions to expect in initial interview but did not progress as role was quite different to my background. Review their values and consider how your experience and attributes demonstrate that.
First interview on team's call with HR advisor (screening review), Second stage interview with 2 senior managers going through HR questionnaire and technical questions - one is talking and the other is writing down the answers.
Great it was great because the interviwer was great and had a great expereince and a great talk with the great man. He asked what my favorite ice cream was and if I enjoyed it.
