Invited to an assessment centre, hosted by JLR. The interview was help by three members of staff who held senior roles within the company, each interviewer covered a different stage of the interview. The interviewers were easy to get along with, and try to settle any nerves you may have by talking you through the interview stage. Little tip, if an interviewer sticks to a question after you've answered it, that means that they feel you could add a little more to your answer.
