Typical assessment day with behaviour interview, group exercise and presentation exercise. Interview typically with a manager or supervisor in the company. A few assessors in the group interview.

Stages included: An Aptitude test (numerical, personality and situational judgement) Online technical presentation with Questions and Answers Last stage: In person interview divided into 30 minute segments- motivational interview, Q&A based on previous aptitude test, last segment on work/ university experience
