I was initially called by someone on in their HR department for a phone interview, from there I was called in for an interview with a Vice President, who then sent me for an interview with the head of the department I would be working for and from there I interviewed with the President of that local Division of the company. Everyone I interviewed with was very professional and asked tough questions to gauge my technical skills level, but overall it was a very positive interview. The company culture is conservative, but really nice people to work with and be around. Very nice offices as well.
