I was asked the Java quiz like questions and a throw away leetcode question at the end. I can usually understand the reasoning behind interviewing questions, however, I'm not sure asking pop quiz questions about obscure Java behavior is beneficial.
The interview process must be updated.
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
