Interview
I applied online and completed an initial virtual interview with a recruiter. I then had an in-person executive interview followed by two additional in-person team interviews. One interview felt more conversational and less structured, while the others were more formal and role focused. The process took approximately three months, and I was ultimately informed that another candidate was selected.
