Applied online and received a hackerrank problem to solve via email, the problem was related to arrays, I resolved it and received an email to be interviewed by a few guys including the manager of the role, the interview was really technical and they were quite rude in term of communication, they were jumping from one question without going deep into my strong skills, It felt they were more interested in finding gaps them exploring and being interested in my real experience. Was approved and had another interview with the "future" team, another technical interview, this time the experience was quite good, nice guys and they asked the right questions based on my CV and in the role, they looked very interested in going deeper in some specific topics from my experience. Only in the end after being approved in all stages, the HR came to me to ask questions and explain the benefits and other details about the role. Received an offer, but refused due to the policy of working 5 days in the office (It was a shame, I guess their tech infrastructure might be interesting to work on. Maybe another time if they make working in the office more flexible or not mandatory)
