It was normal, had an initial call with the recruiter for 30 minutes that vet my experience vs the job title. Then I had a follow up call with the hiring manager that lasted one hour very interested questions where asked. They did provide me with a no that very same day

What are some of the things JP Morgan can be doing in the policy space?
Need to chase HR. The communication can be slow and painful.
However interview questions are mainly around team fit and aptitude for the role. The interview itself was quite friendly and reasonable. For a VP role be ready to demonstrate product expertise relevant experience

Four rounds, largely behavioral with a few situational / case-like questions as well. Took a long time to receive offer, but they wanted an answer very quickly upon providing it and also wanted me to start very quickly
