The entire hiring process was exceptionally long, stretching over two full months. It moved very slowly with minimal and infrequent communication from the company, which made it difficult to gauge their level of interest or where things stood at any given time. This was particularly frustrating given that I was headhunted for the role and had initially received strong interest from their side
