The process took over a month. First I was contacted by the recruiter to take an online exam. the exam was very easy 2 simple questions that you can code with the language of your choice. a few days later I received an email asking me to give dates & times for a phone interview. I provided the recruiter with a list but never received a confirmation before the 1st interviewer called. the phone interview consisted of questions about OOP concepts & design. 2 weeks later I received another email asking me for a 2nd phone interview with the team in London. the interview went pretty well I was asked some data structure and algorithm questions nothing fancy. 2 days after I received another email asking me to schedule an on-site interview with 2 VP and Executive. When I arrived to the interview I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes because the first VP was late. when we entered the room the VP asked me if I have my resume with me. it turned out he didn't even read my resume before and didn't prepare any questions. he pulled out his cellphone and surfed on C++\Java interview websites to collect a set on questions. I had to sit in the room and wait until he finished reading my resume and surf on his phone to find interview questions. I was very offended and think it's disrespectful. The fact that I wasn't Indian bothered him and it was obvious. the 2nd VP and the director were very nice and asked me a lot of technical questions which I knew all the answers. the on-site interview was scheduled for 1.5 hours, but took around 3.5 hours. When I contact the recruiter to get a feedback I didn't get any answer. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
