I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Nov 2012
Interview
Got the initial interview through On-Campus recruiting. Met with an associate of the firm and answered standard behavioral questions and various questions about the firm. I was told I would hear back within two weeks, and I was asked to come in for an office visit / super day.
The 'super day' consisted of two 1:1 interviews (one associate and one VP) that lasted 30 minutes, a group activity, and a tour of the facilities. The group activity was challenging, yet fun. The people were very friendly, and it was the best experience I've ever had with an HR department.
