I went to one interview with JPMorgan, the question were basic interview questions. How well do you work in a group? List a time where you were group leader and in detail tell me how you organize the team. The whole interview lasted about 30 mins, they asked me about COBOL and database questions, just to see how much I knew about them.

List some of the functions from the language COBOL?
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
