Interview
The hiring process was straight forward. Had to do a recorded interview and then they asked me to do a skills assessment where they asked me to code some Hackerrank problems. They were pretty average. After a couple of weeks, I got a phone screen and a week after that I got the offer call.
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
